2. Deposit application processing /prospectus fee of Rs: 500/- in any of following bank as below given details.
3. For the students applying online fill out the online admission form and upload the required documents.
4. Students can send the admission form via courier service at our mailing address “Bashir Institute of Health Sciences ,Simly Dam Road,Near Adil CNG P/O Sari Chowk, Bharakahu Islamabad”
